The data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP).

If you choose to receive marketing emails from us, the email address that you submit to us will be stored on a separate secure server to that which hosts our website. Your email address will remain within the database until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email we send you or by emailing us via the Contact page of our website. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list Inactive email addresses e.g. if you do not open any of our emails, are removed during routine list cleansing.
How we store your personal information
