Then Sarah takes the time to explain what she is doing, why and the possible causes and I appreciate that level of technical information.

Ella recently treated me for a sports injury sustained while my regular osteopath (Sarah Shand ) was on holiday. Prior to the appointment she gave "first aid" advice over the phone to prevent further damage and swelling. During the consultation she was very thorough and clearly explained the cause,the treatment and more importantly advised on maintenance to assist with rehabilitation.
Ella is conscientious ,articulate and very personable which makes it easy as a patient to feel comfortable and at ease.
I am sure she has a great career ahead of her.

I was seeing Ella for a back problem caused by strain from my duties at work. I would wake up every morning in pain and it would get worse throughout the day. After seeing Ella for a couple of treatments my back started to improve dramatically and now I have no pain whatsoever .
I can work all day without any problems. Seeing Ella was a great pleasure,she's friendly and very professional. If I had any future problems I would most definitely get in contact with her .

I saw Ella for treatment when pregnant with my first child as I was getting a lot of back and rib pain. I was worried because I had never seen an osteopath before and didn't know how it would affect me especially when pregnant. I was made to feel very safe and she explained the treatment the whole way through. The pain eased very quickly and I had a much more comfortable pregnancy from then.
After giving birth I trusted Ella to treat my baby at 3 months old. Ella did a range of different treatments tummy massage being the main one, this helped to relieve my daughter of constipation and she seemed to enjoy the treatment thoroughly.

I have been using Sarah Shand now for about 5 years, Sarah is my first port of call when I have discomfort or pain in my back. I work as a window cleaner and at least twice a year need my back looking at.

I have used the Bracknell Osteopathic Clinic several times to receive treatment for a recurring back problem . The clinic is set in a beautiful rural location and has plenty of safe off road parking.
It is run by Sarah,who is very friendly,easy to talk to and really puts you at ease straight away. She expertly corrected my back problem and I made a rapid recovery .
